Wind Down Yoga

Wind down yoga is a type of yoga practice that aims to help individuals relax and prepare for sleep. It typically involves slow, gentle movements and poses that focus on stretching and releasing tension in the body. This type of yoga can also incorporate breathing exercises and meditation techniques to help calm the mind and reduce stress. I will guide you through a slow-paced evening flow after which you will be completely relaxed.

HUSTLE & FLOW

A perfect blend of Functional Training and Yoga! Our session will begin with a 30-minute Yoga flow to warm up our bodies, followed by a full-body functional circuit training. Functional training is a type of exercise that focuses on movements that mimic everyday activities. The goal is to improve overall strength, flexibility, agility, and balance, with an emphasis on functional movements that translate to real-life situation using your own body weight. Trust me, you don't want to miss out on this perfect workout. Plus, the playlist is FIRE and a great way to stay motivated throughout the class.

Vinyasa Flow

My Vinyasa classes are a more vigorous and athletic form of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. It typically involves a fast-paced series of poses that flow together, with an emphasis on challenging postures like arm balances and inversions and moving with the breath. Unlike some other forms of yoga which prioritize relaxation and meditation, this class is geared towards a more physical  practice.
