Travel, fitness and Yoga have always been my passion. It helped me cure a lot of my mental health issues when I was younger. I used to be very strict with myself, going from one extreme to another, from diet to diet. Always wanting to be on top of my physical appearance. It drove me nuts. Oh hell, and of course, when summer came up! The stress I put on myself was no anymore manageable. I had to change something.

MĂ©li took me by the hand right from the start and guided me through the whole course. The weekly 1:1's were my absolute highlight and I always looked forward to them.
MĂ©li makes you feel like you're among friends and there's nothing you can't talk about.
The yoga classes are still the best classes for me. She also gave me lots of tips on nutrition with lots of recipes to cook.
You can really tell that MĂ©li loves what she does and also enjoys taking time for others.
The best thing is that you can always do the course again from the beginning...so you always have MĂ©li with you!

I really managed to change some of my habits, helping me in my daily organization, like making to do list, creating a morning routine and practicing gratitude and mindfulness, by journaling or meditation. Combined with the training and yoga sessions and also the breath exercises, meditation and healthy eating habits, this program offers a complete package to improve your physical and mental health, to connect body and soul and find your balance in this often stressful life. I learned to set my priorities, stay focused and how to achieve my goals and also being introspective made me discover new sides of myself.
But the best part, I was not alone and I was a part of a great group and I really enjoyed the weekly check-ins and the exchange with the other participants.
MĂ©lissa is a great teacher, inspiration and mentor, who will guide you through this whole program with love, understanding and the motivation you need to make it a successful journey. After this 9 weeks you will feel more balanced, energized and self-confident and you can apply what you have learned anytime you want even after this 9 weeks, it is like a big tool box and you can use any tool anytime you need it.

Before the program I found myself often stuck in my daily routine. As a working mom most of the time I do not prioritize myself. After the 9 weeks I had better habits, installed a good morning routine and was more aware and mindful.
The 9WLTO has something for everybody: workouts, Yoga, breathing exercicesâŠand a lot more. You will learn to practice gratitude, how to journal, install good habits⊠.
Meli has put all her heart and knowledge into this program. With her kindness and honesty she gives you every option to grow. Personally it love that the programm offers every week a little workbook in witch you can work at your own pace/ rhythm. In those 9 weeks there was not one âyou have to you this or thatâ but a lot of possibilites.
