The fundamentals
Every tuesday during our online Zoom class, you will have the opportunity to delve into the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga focuses on the alignment of the body, breath, and mind, aiming to create a sense of balance and harmony within.
Weekly newsletter
Each Wednesday, you will receive a weekly newsletter discussing various aspects of yoga. It will cover a wide range of topics related to yoga, including tips for beginners, the benefits of different yoga styles, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and so much more.
Weekend inspiration
Every weekend, I'll share something valuable that has influenced my Yoga journey. I aim to explore what Yoga can offer you in terms of well-being and vitality. Yoga offers a path to self-discovery and inner peace, allowing us to connect more deeply with ourselves and the world around us.

We apply the techniques you learn in every class, gradually introducing new postures week by week.
Maintaining quality over quantity is my focus, which is why I limit the number of students in the course. It's a safe space where everyone is dedicated to their personal journey of self-discovery.
Throughout the 8-week program, you will receive practice flows and have the opportunity to send me videos for personalized feedback. This will help you improve your alignment and receive tailored guidance.

I am a passionate Yoga and Fitness Instructor. Movement is my therapy and I am convinced of this concept and its potential to help people overcome their apprehensions about yoga and movement in general.
Many individuals are either unfamiliar with the practice or carry preconceived notions that discourage them from trying it. Some may feel uneasy about being a beginner in a studio, while others may believe they lack the necessary flexibility.
But guess what? You don't need to be flexible to practice yoga, and you can start your journey with me from the comfort of your own home to gain in confidence.
