regularly went to her class every Tuesday for almost 2 years. I really like the balance of movement and spirituality in Melissa’s class. I often find that there is too much spirituality or it feels too much like a normal workout. With Meli, both were always so present that you found a little peace but went home sweaty. I am not a very spiritual person, but I always got carried away and felt much more calm and happy after a yoga class.
Since she stopped teaching yoga classes in Luxembourg, I find it difficult to attend other yoga classes. I haven’t found a replacement for Meli yet! I think that says a lot ;)

My 30 minutes meditation sessions are usually combined with breathing
exercises.
No need to have any prior practice to start, everyone is welcome.

Breathwork
This is a 30 min breathwork session to reset your nervous system, calm your mind, release and activate.
Get to know different types of pranayamas
( prana= lifeforce yama = restraint -> restraint of the lifeforce).
